Lesotho, June 24 -- The growth of local businesses often begins with a simple idea, determination and an opportunity to access financial support. For Tranquil Textiles founder, Molupe Molupe, funding proved to be the catalyst that transformed a small clothing manufacturing venture into a thriving enterprise that now creates jobs for many Basotho.

Founded in 2019, Tranquil Textiles started with only two sewing machines and two employees. The company initially focused on producing school uniforms before expanding into the manufacturing of Fraser suits while steadily building its customer base.
