Lesotho, Dec. 3 -- Federation of Rugby Lesotho (FRL) is the national rugby governing body that was established in 2011, registered with the Lesotho National Olympic Committee (LNOC) and the Lesotho Sports Recreational Commission (LSRC) in 2012 to officially launch August on 22nd.
In 2014, FRL became part of Rugby Africa and last year they became part of World Rugby.
