Lesotho, Dec. 10 -- December is often a joyful month, but for many businesswomen, it can also be stressful. The holiday rush, family duties, financial pressures, and work demands can weigh heavily on mental health. In a special interview, we spoke with psychologist Motsabi Mokhati and businesswoman Mamokhera Mophethe-better known as the Certified Housewife from Tshegoenhle Events Lesotho-about how to stay mentally strong during this busy season.
