Radhakrishnan, virtually addressed the inauguration of a Permanent Exhibition on Vande Mataram and a three-day International Seminar on Sardar Patel's Vision of Integration, Unification and Federalism organised by the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), Rashtrapati Niwas, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh today.
