1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The main prayer made in the writ petition is for issuing appropriate direction to the respondentdevelopment authority to execute the demolition order dated 23.08.2024 (Annexure No.1) passed against respondent no.4.
3. In the compliance affidavit filed by respondent no.2 the stand taken is that an appeal is pending against the sealing order dated 12.04.2024.
