Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Education, Shri Jayant Chaudhary, today said that ULLAS was empowering learners with confidence, dignity and opportunities for meaningful participation in society. He added that the values of risk-taking and creativity must be inculcated in children to build a strong nation.
