The renovated Guna Head Post Office was inaugurated on 17th September 2026 by Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, Hon'ble Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region. The inauguration marks an important step towards modernising postal infrastructure and providing more citizen-centric services.
The renovation and look-and-feel improvement of Guna Head Post Office has been undertaken at a cost of approximately Rs.38 lakh, in accordance with the design guidelines of the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, under the Department of Posts' initiative for modernisation of post offices across the country.
