The Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL), a Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), celebrated its Diamond Jubilee Year on 4 October 2026, marking six decades of its journey in uranium mining and processing and its contribution at the forefront of India's nuclear power programme.
The Diamond Jubilee Year celebrations at Jaduguda brought together senior officials, scientists, engineers, technical personnel, employees, media professionals and other stakeholders to commemorate an important milestone in UCIL's institutional journey and to look ahead to the opportunities and shared responsibilities of the future.
