AGARTALA, India, May 11 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 9:
These applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 76 days in filing the Writ Appeals challenging the judgments of the learned Single Judge.
Notice in these applications has been issued and Mr. P Roy Barman, learned Senior Counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.
Counsel for the respondents state that they are not opposing the application for condonation of delay.
Accordingly, IA No. 01/2025 is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
