TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON STATE BANK OF INDIA V/S THE STATE OF TRIPURA AND ORS

AGARTALA, India, May 11 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 9:

Having regard to the Order dt.11.02.2026 in WP(C) No.1144/2021, in which the Supreme Court had directed the Chief Justices of the High Courts to entrust appeals under the Consumer Protection Act to a learned Single Judge of the High Court while deeming him to be the Chairperson of the State Commission, and directing the said Single Judge to invite the other Technical Members, who are already functioning, to complete the forum and hear the appeals, and since this Court has already designated Mr. Justice B.
