It is the case of the petitioner that by memorandum dated 28.02.2013 issued by the Executive Engineer, PWD (R & B), Kanchanpur, the petitioner was engaged as Daily Rated Worker. Thereafter, by a memorandum dated 24.04.2014, a sum of Rs.75,820/- was granted as wages in favour of the petitioner.
