With early and accessible screening being critical to reducing the burden of cervical cancer among women, the Technology Development Board (TDB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, today entered into an agreement with M/s Griva Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Vishakhapatnamto support the manufacturing and commercialization of 'GrivaVision', an indigenously developed, portable digital colposcope with AI-assisted capabilities for early detection of cervical pre-cancerous lesions.
Through TDB's support, the company will establish manufacturing capabilities at Kollam, Kerala, enabling commercial-scale production and wider deployment of the technology. The initia...
