Pradhan Mantri Dakshata Aur Kushalta Sampann Hitgrahi Yojana (PM-DAKSH) Scheme is a Central Sector Scheme to provide skill development training to Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Communities, Economically weaker Sections, De- Notified Tribes, Safai Karamcharis including Waste Pickers through the empaneled training institutes.
