The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) is organising Sādhana (Strengthening Adaptive Development and Humane Aptitude for National Advancement) Shrinkhla 2026, a nationwide series of regional consultative engagements to take forward the transformation of Training Institutes under Mission Karmayogi into strategic, competency-driven Capacity Building Institutions. The Sādhana Shrinkhala builds on the consultations undertaken through four Regional Task Forces, Sādhana Saptah 2026, held from 2 to 8 April 2026, and the National Departmental Summit on "Institutionalizing Capacity Building: From Training to Performance-linked Governance" on 15 May 2026.
