Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat on 31st March 2026 and will inaugurate various projects along with key rail infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening connectivity and boosting regional development.

In the rail sector, the Prime Minister will dedicate to the Nation the Kanalus-Jamnagar doubling project (28 km), which forms part of the larger Rajkot-Kanalus doubling project (111.20 km), as well as the quadrupling of the Gandhidham-Adipur section (10.69 km).
