PATNA, India, April 13 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 10:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application, so as to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
