PATNA, India, April 16 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. As there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant on the last date of hearing i.e. 13.03.2026, this Court had observed that if nobody appears on behalf of the appellants on the next date of hearing, this Court intends to appoint Amicus Curiae.
2. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, Ms. Shreyashi Raj, the Learned Advocate is appointed as Amicus Curiae to assist the Court on behalf of the appellants.
3. Registry is directed to handover a copy of memorandum of appeal, paper-books and translated copies to Ms. Shreyashi Raj.
4. List this appeal on 01.04.2026.
