PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DHARMENDRA MANJHI V/S THE UNION OF INDIA

PATNA, India, June 1 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the railway that no compromise is possible in this case and it can be resolve only by adjudication.

2. The aforesaid fact was also not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid, list this matter before appropriate Bench.
