PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ASHOK KUMAR SHARMA V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, May 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 20:

1. I.A. No. 1 of 2026 is an application for condonation of delay. The Stamp Reporter has pointed out that there is delay of 493 days in filing this L.P.A.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission and learned counsel for the State, seeks some time to file objection to the delay condonation application.

3. List this matter on 15.06.2026.

4. Objection, if any, to the delay condonation application be filed in the meantime, serving a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the appellant.
