CUTTACK, India, May 19 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on April 17:
The Petitioner has filed the instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/ Section 415(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, invoking the appellant jurisdiction of this Court. The appeal is preferred against the 30.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nuapada, in S.C. Case No. 58/17/3 of arising out of P.S. Case No. 104 of 2002, whereby the has been convicted for the offences punishable under Section 304-B/498A of Indian Penal Code r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
