CUTTACK, India, April 27 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on March 26:

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the writ petition as well as the prayer made therein.

3. Upon hearing of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that the matter requires further consideration in presence of the Opposite Parties.

4. Hence, issue notice to the Opposite Parties.

5. As the copy of the writ petition has already been uploaded in the LMS Portal, no hard copy is required to be served on learned counsel for the State, who accepts notice on behalf of all the Opposite Parties.
