CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. This I.A has been filed for modification of order dated 22.01.2026 passed in I.A. No. 223 of 2026, where the appellant have been directed to deposit the fine amount within a period of four weeks.
2. Mr. S. K. Das, learned Standing Counsel, Vigilance submits that the copy of the I.A has not been served upon him.
3. Hence, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve a copy of the I.A on Mr. S. K. Das, learned Standing Counsel, Vigilance by 23.02.2026 to enable him to file an objection.
