CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Instant contempt petition is filed against the opposite parties/contemnors for non-compliance of the Court's order in W.P.(C) No. 9535 of 2008 read with the direction of the apex Court in SLP(C) No.1927 of 2023.
3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts narrated, the Court is inclined to issue notice to the opposite parties/contemnors for reply and response.
4. Accordingly, it is ordered.
