CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. A copy of the letter of the concerned B.D.O. addressed to A.G. Odisha as at Flag-A/2 to the show cause affidavit dated 19th February, 2026 is referred to by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the State to submit that the processes have been initiated towards grant of family pension. The affidavit is, however, not available in the Court's record, hence, be tagged. A copy of the said affidavit with annexures is requested to be served on Mr. Mishra, learned counsel of the petitioner in course of the day. List on 6th March, 2026.
