ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KUNI BARIK V/S NILAMANI DAKUA

CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:

1. None appears for the petitioner(s) at the time of call. Defect(s) pointed out by the stamp reporter be removed within three weeks failing which the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Bench for orders.
