PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 2:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of sole defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, he has already filed the limitation petition and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2025. Accordingly, the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter is removed.
2. I.A. No. 1 of 2025 is an application for condonation of delay. The Stamp Reporter has pointed out that there is delay of 147 days in filing this LPA.
3. Learned counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 8.
4. A copy of the LPA so also the interim application filed by the learned counsel for the appellant be served on the learned counsel for the State...
