ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BANTI SAHOO V/S STATE OF ODISHA

The Appellant, in CRLA, assails the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 25.03.2025, passed by the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, First Track Special Court (POCSO), Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No.219 of 2019, whereby he was convicted and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for twenty years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- in default to undergo R.I.
