CUTTACK, India, March 23 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The judgment of this Court as at Annexure-1 has not been complied with, hence, the contempt petition at the instance of the petitioner. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for non-compliance of the order at Annexure-1 by the opposite party/contemnor, the Court is inclined to consider the reason behind and for a response to the same.
3. Accordingly, it is ordered.
4 . Ms. Sahu, learned AGA accepts notice on behalf of the opposite party/contemnor and to ensure that the compliance is filed by the next date fixed serving a copy of the same on the other side immediately. ...
