India, Oct. 15 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
NITI Aayog's Frontier Tech Hub has released the Data Centre Evaluation Framework on 14 October 2026 to help States plan for sustainable growth of data centres. The release took place in the presence of Prof. Abhay Karandikar, Member, NITI Aayog; Shri Anurag Jain, CEO, NITI Aayog; Ms Debjani Ghosh, Distinguished Fellow, NITI Aayog; representatives from the Ministry of Power, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce; as well as representatives from industry and the media.
