The Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI), along with its Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and Autonomous Bodies (ABs), has commenced the preparatory phase of the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters 6 (SCDPM 6). This year, the campaign places special emphasis on "Effective Collection, Segregation and Disposal of E-Waste", along with cleanliness, reduction of pendency and better workplace management.
During the preparatory phase i.e. 15th September to 30th September 2026, MHI and its CPSEs/ABs are reviewing old physical and electronic files, identifying unserviceable items, scrap and e-waste, and taking steps for their proper disposal. The activities aim to...
