Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) Commences Preparatory Phase of Special Campaign 6

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has commenced the Preparatory Phase of Special Campaign 6.0 from 15th to 30th September 2026, focusing on institutionalizing Swachhata, minimizing pendency, improving record management and enhancing efficiency in Government offices.

Building on the previous year's focus on scientific management of e-waste, this year's campaign emphasizes effective collection, segregation and disposal of e-waste in accordance with MoEFCC guidelines and the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.
