1. By this petition, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 21st March, 2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Guwahati Bench in O.A. No. 043/00215/2017, by which the Tribunal set aside the fresh speaking order dated 19th December, 2016 passed by the Directorate General Assam Rifles, Shillong.
