SHILLONG, India, April 26 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 26:
At the outset, Mr. A. R. Passah, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that they will not be filing any reply to the application on the maintainability of the instant writ petition.
List this matter after one week to allow the learned counsel of the petitioner to prepare the chart for indicating the correct plot which is in contest with regard to compensation.
