SHILLONG, India, March 25 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 23:
Ms. S. Laloo, learned GA appearing for the State appellant has submitted that the notice issued upon the respondent has been effected. This is based on the communication obtained from the portal of the Post Office which is the tracking report.
However, the learned GA has submitted that an additional affidavit of service may be allowed to be filed, wherein, the certificate from the post office in this regard may be produced. Prayer is allowed.
List this matter after 1(one) week.
