SHILLONG, India, April 26 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 25:
Mr. A.S.Dey, learned GA for the respondents No. 1 & 2 prays that further two weeks' time be allowed to obtain complete instructions and file the affidavit.
Mr. P.Kharsyiemlieh, learned counsel for the respondents No. 4 & 5 submits that no affidavit will be forthcoming from the said respondents.
