SHILLONG, India, March 25 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 23:
Despite report of the Mediation Committee, informing that the matter could not be settled, learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that negotiations for amicable settlement are still going on between the parties and pray for grant of some time.
Prayer allowed.
List after 3 (three) weeks.
Interim-order, if any, passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
