SHILLONG, India, May 16 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 15:
1. Ms. O.A.I.Bang, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 & 3, prays that she may be allowed to bring a new application, and also prays that she may be allowed to withdraw this instant MC[WP(C)]. No. 34 of 2026.
2. Prayer is allowed.
