SHILLONG, India, March 21 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 19:
The learned counsels appearing for the parties have consented for referral of the matter to the Special Mediation Drive. Accordingly, the matter stands referred to the Mediation Committee for doing the needful.
