SHILLONG, India, March 21 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 19:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable by 26th February, 2026.
Learned AG waives notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. As far as the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 are concerned, leaned counsel for the petitioner to also serve the said respondents by private/dasti notice and file an affidavit of service before the next date. The same is in addition to Court notice.
Stand over to 26th February, 2026.
