MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDERS ON A. RAMAKANTA SHARMA AND 50 ORS. V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 2 ORS.

IMPHAL, India, May 18 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on April 16:

[1] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondents submits that the matter may be taken up on some other day as he wants to peruse the record the cases.

[2] Mr. HS Paonam, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. N. Bipin, learned counsel and Mr. AP Sahu, learned counsel for some of the petitioners have no objection.

[3] Also present Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for the Principal Accountant General, Manipur and Mrs. Ayangleima, learned counsel for the MPSC.

[4] List these cases on 05.05.2026.

[5] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.
