SHILLONG, India, April 6 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 5:
1. Mr. A.S.Dey, learned GA appearing for the petitioner, submits that due to certain defects in the writ petition, he prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant matter with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Matter accordingly, stands closed and disposed of with liberty as prayed.
