IMPHAL, India, April 9 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 9:
[1] Mr. Kh. Athouba, learned PP assisted by Ms. I. Sharmila, learned jr. Govt. counsel for the State petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to take fresh steps on the respondent by speed post and dasti through concerned Police Station.
[2] The oral prayer is allowed.
