SHILLONG, India, April 6 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 5:
1. This is an application for impleading the new Secretary, Executive Committee, Garo Hills Autonomous District Council, Tura, Shri. Peter Marak, as party respondent.
2. The same is not objected to by the respondents.
3. Accordingly, Shri. Peter Marak, shall stand impleaded as respondent No. 1, in place of Shri. Sam Richardo R. Marak.
4. Misc. case is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title.
