IMPHAL, India, March 8 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
Ms. Saibiya Kh., learned counsel appeared on behalf of petitioner and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1 & 2.
The learned GA submitted that even though she accepts notice on behalf of respondents, she has been instructed to appear only on behalf of respondents No. 1 & 2 and that she cannot represent respondent No. 3.
In view of the submission made above, let notice be issued to respondent No. 3 by way of dasti service as well as by speed post service.
