IMPHAL, India, March 25 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 23:
Mr. B.P. Sahu, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, learned counsel, appeared for the respondents and submitted that counter affidavit will be filed within this week with an advance copy to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Mrs. Th. Babita, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, prays for taking up these matters just after the Holi Vacation.
In view of the submission made above, let these cases be listed again on 16.03.2026.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
