MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MANIPUR COMMUNITY NURSING ASSOCIATION AND ANR. V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 3 ORS.

IMPHAL, India, May 15 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on April 13:

Ms. Geetarani Waikhom, learned counsel representing counsel on record for writ petitioners and Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei, learned State counsel for all respondents are before this Court (Physical Court).

Both afore-referred counsel make a common/joint request for adjournment of captioned matter citing difficulties for arguing counsel at their respective ends.
