IMPHAL, India, April 1 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 27:
Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 and Mr. Disney, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No. 3.
Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned authorities to conclude the Departmental Enquiry initiated against him vide Memorandum dated 19-02-2025 within a stipulated period.
