IMPHAL, India, June 9 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on May 7:
WP(C) No. 670 of 2022 has been filed by 22 writ petitioners with the prayer for directing the respondents not to inaugurate New Lamphel Supermarket Complex till finalization of the allotment of 22 shop sites to the petitioners, who are the members of a Self-Employed Youth Association, Lamphel Supermarket.
It has been submitted by Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Municipal Commissioner, Imphal Municipal Corporation has issued an order dated 13-03-2026 to the effect that the Imphal Municipal Corporation have reserved 22 shop sites for allotment in favour of the members ...
