IMPHAL, India, April 26 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 25:
[1] Mr. S. Nepolean, learned GA assisted by Mr. Y. Robert, learned Dy. GA for the State respondents prays for 3(three) week's time for filing counter affidavit.
[2] Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned sr. counsel assisted by Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 also prays for 3(three) week's time for filing counter affidavit.
