JABALPUR, India, March 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 25:
After some arguments, learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. However, reserve the right to seek re-instatement in case appellant is fully acquitted by the appellate Court.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
